Merchant - Viking Age, Kaupang, Norway
Let the silver float! In this card game you are a merchant in the famous trading town of Kaupang. You buy and sell local and exotic products to earn silver and improve your shop. You have to get guards in case of viking raids and sabotage for your opponents to make more silver. You'll learn that when the travelling fair comes to town business is great, but make sure to have medicine in case disease breaks out!

From one to four players can participate in taking control over the marketplace and try to earn more silver to buy new products. Beat your friends bankrupt and buy the most exotic products from all over the world!
In this game you learn about the different products the Vikings traded, you learn local history from one of the most fascinating merchant towns of the Viking Age and you get an introduction to basic economics.
